Welcome to AIBizStream. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our offerings at AIBizStream.com. By engaging with any of our offerings, you agree to abide by these terms.

By using AIBizStream services, educational materials, or merchandise, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

2. Offerings

2.1 AI Software Development Services

AIBizStream provides customized AI software development services, including project analysis, system design, development, and maintenance. Details are outlined in individual service agreements.

2.2 Educational Products

We offer courses, digital workshops, and downloadable resources on AI development. Access is granted upon purchase.

2.3 Merchandise

AIBizStream merchandise includes branded items and hardware tools. Availability varies.

3. Reimbursement Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction. Policies vary by offering type:

3.1 Services

For AI software development services, you may cancel at least 7 days before the agreed start date for full reimbursement of fees paid. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a service charge equal to 25% of fees paid. You may request a new schedule at no extra charge by notifying us via contact form. If a service is clearly marked as non-refundable at time of purchase, no reimbursement will be issued due to the bespoke nature of work already initiated.

3.2 Educational Products

Digital products may be eligible for reimbursement within a 7-day review period beginning on access. To request a reimbursement, submit details and proof of non-use via contact form. After the period, no reimbursement is available.

3.3 Merchandise

For physical goods, if an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 14 days for either a replacement or reimbursement. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for approved reimbursements will be covered by AIBizStream.

4. Process for Reimbursement

All reimbursement requests must be submitted via our contact form. Upon approval, funds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. If that method is unavailable, we may offer reimbursement via bank transfer to the account details you provide securely.

5. Service Changes and Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule AI software services must be received at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled date. AIBizStream will accommodate changes based on resource availability.
